Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Global and Russia's InfoWatch Group Sign MoU in the Fields of IT and Cyber Security

ST. PETERSBURG-–Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Global (TAG.Global), the global organization for professional services and education and Russia's InfoWatch Group, the leading international developer of software products and integrated solutions signed a Memorandum of Understanding designed to strengthen cooperation in the fields of Information Technologies and Cyber Security in Russia, Jordan, the Arab region and worldwide.

According to the MoU signed on the sidelines of the 23rd St. Petersburg International Economic Forum held under the Patronage of the Russian President HE Mr. Vladimir Putin and in the presence of the Chinese President HE Mr. Xi Jinping with the participation of more than 17000 officials and business leaders, the two parties will cooperate in the fields of Information Technologies and Cyber Security and create unique opportunities for the transfer of ICT knowledge, joint development of new markets, and new joint international projects in the digital economy.

HE Dr. Talal Abu-Ghazaleh, chairman of TAG.Global who delivered a speech at the Forum entitled "Promoting Russian-Arab Relations Economic, Educational and Cultural Relationships" with special focus on using Artificial Intelligence (AI) in various fields signed the MoU with Dr. Natalya Kaspersky, CEO of InfoWatch and co-founder of Kaspersky Lab, one of the world's largest antivirus companies.

Dr. Abu-Ghazaleh, who led the first United Nations multi-stakeholder Task Force, The UN ICT Taskforce which contributed significantly to bringing the IT and the development communities together and succeeded in putting technology in the service of the UN Development Goals highlighted the signing the MoU with InfoWatch as "A step forward" and "an opportunity to serve the world."

Anticipating the growth of human-technology interaction - and the closer symbiotic relationship that will develop as a result, Dr. Abu-Ghazaleh  set up a new division to provide consulting services in the rapidly growing field of Artificial Intelligence to help identify solutions that business and cities around the world face.

TAG-AI Consult is set to offer such services in partnership with leading providers of AI technology, including Chinese counterpart to bring cutting edge solutions to the business and urban communities globally taking advantage of our strong presence in 110+ offices around the world including Russia.
